Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Due to our curated sourcing, standard delivery to any UK address typically takes 7 to 12 business days.
Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Fully Tracked: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri) so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Duties: No hidden surprises. All prices include VAT, and there are no additional customs charges for UK deliveries.
Return & Exchange Policy.

14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain well-being products (like opened sleep masks or personal care items) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
