Shipping & Delivery.

We strive to bring the best well-being products to your doorstep as efficiently as possible.

  • Delivery Times: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery to UK addresses is 7 to 12 business days.

  • Tracking: Every order includes a Royal Mail or local courier tracking number, provided via email once dispatched.

  • Lost Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us for a full investigation or a reshipment.

Returns & Refunds.

Your satisfaction is our priority. In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a right to change your mind.

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original "as-new" condition, and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of some well-being products (e.g., sleep masks), items that have been worn against the skin cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken.

  • Refund Process: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Quality Guarantee & Damages.

We take great pride in the curation of the Next Wave collection.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Fair Wear & Tear: Our policy covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by misuse or accidental breakage.
